Bryce Declares His Love for Vegas Hockey

Well.

No more hints. We’re glad to be spending our afternoon with Vegas local and Golden Knights fan @Bharper3407! #BoldInGold pic.twitter.com/9axzzIggsO

Hey Bryce, whatcha doin’? It’s fine, this is fine. Bryce Harper has officially identified himself as a Las Vegas hockey fan, which is fine and wonderful and we will accept him for who he is. It’s just hard to think about all those Caps games he attended. Did they mean nothing at all to him? Am I the only one who still feels something when I look at those adorable pictures of the Nats and the Caps together?

Sending good luck to the @washcaps tonight. 👊 #RockTheRed #StanleyCupPlayoffs pic.twitter.com/wXc7cdXYgB

What a different time it was back then. Thankfully, we’ll always have Max Scherzer (and most of the Nationals).

The Caps even returned the favor. Tom Wilson, Brooks Orpik, Braden Holtby, Nate Schmidt, Karl Alzner, and (tiny children) company all visited Nats Park in May.

“They are trying to move on,” wrote a commenter. Too real, @martin.llames. Too real.

To be fair, Bryce was never a monogamous Caps fan. He always had an eye for the Blackhawks. He didn’t even try to deny it after we went through his phone while he was in the shower and found a provocative text exchange. The Blackhawks were a sore subject because of that. So at least the Knights aren’t them, and so far, do not employ anyone with character resembling Patrick Kaine’s.

Who can blame him? The hometown next door is always more appealing. I’ll just miss the good times.

Wow, what a great night with the fellas..Such a fun time being able to support the teams in DC! Keep it going ya goons #StayOffTheLogo #CapsWizNats #DCorNothing
