Previewing Nats-Giants

On Monday, the Washington Nationals begin a three-game series against the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park. Here are a few a few storylines to watch:


Joe Panik: A .174/.204/.239 triple-slash line in 49 plate appearances versus the Nationals.

Blake Treinen: A 2.19 ERA in seven games against the Giants.

It’s don’t hit the Panik button. Versus, Trei again next time.

Buster Posey: Hit .348 in seven games against the Nationals in 2016.

Bryce Harper: A .270 lifetime average against the Giants.

It’s Busted. Versus, Harp on this.

Matt Moore: Struck out six batters in his only start against the Nationals.

Tanner Roark: A 2.51 ERA in six appearances against the Giants.

It’s have some Moore of this. Versus, Ro away.

Denard Span and Mike Morse: They used to be Nationals.

Koda Glover: Joined the Nationals after both players were gone.

It’s nice to see you again. Versus, I’ve never seen you before.

The series continues Tuesday at 10:05.
